TOMRROW IS THE BIG DAY!

hello loves,
tomrrow is the BIG day... here is how its going to look..

8:35-11:55: make sure you attend all of your regular classes

11:55- 12:15: your itsy bitsy lunch break (sorry!)

12:15- 3ish: Decorating begins... we would like to be done in time for the last bell, so that way people can get home, etc.

5:30: Be back at the school. During thsi time we need kevin and someone to help him with getting the mr bean stuff ready to go... we dont want any technical dificulties. We also need to get the punch made (dani has the directions), and fill all the glasses with water. Candles need to be lit at 5:50

6:00: ITS SHOWTIME.. once everyone is sitting we'll welcome everyone (which will be done by me and lishe), and then hit the play button for the firs tlittle clip of mr bean

6:20: Buffet game.... i have that convered

6:30- 7:15: dinner.... during dinner there will be door prizes handed out... etc. around 7:00 the pciture wall is opening up.. we'll have a cash box as well.

7:15- 7:30: dessert is served... the tables that went ast gets to go first... yay! PLEASE REMEMBER THAT IF YOU ARE MAKING SOMETHING WITH NUTS, PLEASE PUT A LITTLE SIGN NEXT TO EAT SO PEOPLE WONT EAT IT!

7:25ish: Entertainment gets their start and they have until 9:00

9:00: dancing begins
